さらに、天ぷらや煮魚・焼き魚といった日本の定番料理に加え、牛たたきや鶏のから揚げなど、外国の方にも喜んでいただける人気メニューもご用意しています。

This is a special course prepared by Jingorou, a highly popular sushi dining spot in Fujisawa, designed to warmly welcome international visitors.

For the sashimi and nigiri, we carefully select only the freshest and most delicious fish of the day, ensuring the highest quality.

In addition to traditional Japanese favorites like tempura, simmered or grilled fish, we also include popular items such as seared beef tataki and Japanese-style fried chicken (karaage), specially arranged to suit international tastes.

The drink menu features an all-you-can-drink option, including rare and limited-edition Japanese sake — perfect for those new to sake or looking for something special.
